An asbestos management plan is a legally required document under Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, for any non-domestic building constructed before 2000 where asbestos is present or presumed. It has to explain how materials will be identified, monitored, controlled and communicated.
We produce the plan with all nine required components in place, built from your survey data rather than from a template.
The plan is where the survey stops being a document and becomes a control. It names who does what, and it tells a contractor what they are walking into before they start drilling.
A plan built around the nine components the Regulations expect, so there is no argument about whether it is complete.
