Accident Investigation and Prevention
0.5 days, in person or virtual.  Accident policy, investigation principles including fault tree analysis, accident prevention and proactive monitoring, and RIDDOR reporting requirements. For anyone responsible for reporting and investigating incidents.

Construction Design and Management Awareness
0.5 days, in person or virtual.  CDM 2015 principles and case law, the roles of client, principal contractor and principal designer, when CDM applies including maintenance over 30 days or 500 hours, and the stages from F10 to the health and safety file.

Contractor Management
1 day, in person or virtual.  Contractor appraisal and approval, permit-to-work systems, record keeping, and the split of responsibility between client and contractor. Built on real accident data from the previous 12 months.

Manual Handling
0.5 days, in person.  The regulations and risk assessment, elimination, mechanisation and minimisation, and practical technique using items delegates handle in their own work.

Personal Safety and Lone Working
0.5 days, in person or virtual.  Lone working risks and practical control, risk assessment where lone working cannot be avoided, and personal safety during travel and on site. Aimed at anyone completing site visits.

Practical Risk Assessment
0.5 days, in person or virtual.  The law and guidance, the assessment process worked through on real sites or case studies, and what happens after documentation. Can be tailored to include COSHH and manual handling.

Site Safety Awareness
0.5 days, in person or virtual.  Based on the RICS Surveying Safely guide and HSE guidance: safe site set-up, construction phase review, PPE selection, and planning inspections and visits.

Working at Height
1 day, in person.  Control measure hierarchies, drop zones and fragile surfaces, roles and responsibilities, and comparison of scaffolding, ladders, elevating platforms, fall arrest and nets.

Workstation and DSE Assessor
0.5 days, in person or virtual.  DSE legislation and case law, ergonomics and workstation set-up, the role of occupational health, and where to go on long-term health issues.

Awareness training is the part of the duty that gets bought once and forgotten. These are short enough to run without losing a day, and specific enough that people recognise their own building in the examples.

Delivered by practising consultants, using case studies from sites like yours.
